John represented me several years ago. I was very happy with how he handled the case and with the amount of the settlement. Four years after my settlement, my wife injured her low back when she was a school bus driver. The insurance company refused to pay a dime. John fought hard for her and the judge ordered the insurance company to pay for all of her past medical bills, all of her back pay. In addition the judge ordered the insurance company to make regular payment for the rest of her life. Sadly, she died after the trial. John then appealed to the Court of Appeals and argued that the payments that would have gone to my wife should now be paid to me for the rest of my life.
